The Secretary

The Secretary of Signet Chapter is by tradition is called Scribe E. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring the affairs of the Chapter are in good order and running smoothly. Please help to simplify his life my paying your dues either on time or slightly in advance.

Receiving Your Summons By E-Mail

Companions, sending out our monthly summons by e-mail actually saves the Chapter a lot of money.

If you wish to receive your copy of the Chapter Summons (and other correspondence) by e-mail instead of by Canada Post, then please e-mail Scribe E., and please paste the following text into the body of your e-mail:

“I hereby request that in the future my summons (and other correspondence) from Signet Chapter be sent by e-mail only to this e-mail address. I agree that I am responsible for keeping the Scribe E informed of any future e-mail address changes.”
